We refer to Section 43 of the Securities Trading Act (WpHG) regarding notification requirements applicable to the holding of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Godewind Immobilien AG. Please find below further information in relation to the disdosure on 26 November 2018 of voting rights exceeding the threshold of l 0% and the aims underlying this interest which is held in the capacity of Prime Broker.

As Prime Broker, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co.) provides financing and custodial services to its dients. With respect to the interest notified on 26 November

2018, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC only has a 'right of us e over these dient holdings. Further

interests in voting rights may or may not be obtained by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in the next 12 months in the ordinary course of business. There is no intention to exercise such voting rights nor does J.P. Morgan Securities LLC have influence over management or the supervisory board nor strive towards making changes to the capital structure of the company. Similarly, these dient holdings in Godewind Immobilien AG do not serve strategic goals or trading profits from the perspective of J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
